Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CourtPass websites and apps as a player, advertiser, teaching pro, or country representative. By creating an account or using CourtPass you agree to these Terms. Club operators are covered by the separate Club Operator Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Bookings, orders, and payments

When you book a court, lesson, clinic, membership, or other product, you enter a transaction with the club (and, where applicable, CourtPass). Prices, availability, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform booking fees, if any, are disclosed before you pay.

Cancellations and refunds

Club and product rules control whether a booking can be cancelled or refunded. Wallet credit, gift cards, and entitlements follow the terms shown when they are issued. Chargebacks or fraud may result in account restrictions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse CourtPass, including by scraping, interfering with the service, posting illegal or harmful content, impersonating others, or attempting unauthorized access. Advertising must also follow the Advertising Policy.

Teaching pros and country representatives

Invite-only teaching pro accounts and country-rep roles have additional onboarding, training, or commission terms presented in those flows. Those terms apply in addition to this document.

Liability

CourtPass provides a marketplace and software. Clubs, pros, and advertisers are responsible for their own services, facilities, and content. To the extent permitted by law, CourtPass is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or issues arising from club operations, weather, or third-party payment processors.

Changes

We may publish a new version of these Terms. When we do, we will ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue using CourtPass.
