Club Operator Terms

Agreement

These Club Operator Terms govern clubs and club staff who list venues, take bookings, sell memberships, or receive payouts on CourtPass. Player-facing marketplace use is covered by the separate Terms of Service.

Listing and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your club profile, court availability, pricing, photos, amenities, and the club’s own player terms and insurance documents. Misleading listings may be unpublished.

Bookings and customer experience

You must honor confirmed bookings and published cancellation rules. CourtPass may surface no-show, reject, and quality metrics. Repeated failures to honor bookings can lead to penalties or removal from the marketplace.

Payments and payouts

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect where enabled. You must complete identity and bank verification required by Stripe. Platform fees, listing promotions, and advertising purchases are billed as shown in the club dashboard.

Content and advertising

Club-authored terms, photos, and promotions must be lawful and not infringe others’ rights. If you buy listing promotions or ads, the Advertising Policy also applies.

Staff access

You are responsible for staff you invite to the club dashboard. Revoke access when someone leaves your club.

Liability

You operate the venue and the services sold there. CourtPass is not a party to the on-court experience and is not liable for injuries, facility conditions, or disputes between the club and players, except where required by law.

Changes

We may publish a new version of these Terms. When we do, club operators will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the dashboard.
