Booking
How do I book a court?
Find a club, pick a sport, date and time, and add the court to your cart. You can pay as a guest or with your CourtPass account. Your booking appears in your account and in your confirmation email.
Why is my booking "requested" instead of confirmed?
Some clubs confirm each booking themselves. You'll get an email as soon as the club accepts. If a club declines, you're refunded automatically.
Can I change my booking?
Open the booking in your account and choose "Change booking" to send the club a change request. The club accepts or declines it and we'll email you the result.
How do I check in at the club?
Show the QR code or booking number from your confirmation email or your account at the front desk.
Cancellations & refunds
Can I cancel a court booking?
Pay-as-you-go court time can be cancelled for a refund until 1 hour before it starts. After that the booking can no longer be refunded online — contact the club or us if something went wrong.
Can I get a refund for a pass, membership or lesson pack?
Yes, as long as you haven't used it yet and there are no bookings made with it. Once used, it can no longer be refunded online.
Where does my refund go?
You choose: back to your card, or to your CourtPass wallet so you can use it straight away. Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to show, depending on your bank.
The club declined my booking — what happens?
You're refunded automatically. The money goes to your CourtPass wallet first, and you can still send it back to your card afterwards.
The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
Ask us about thisPayments & wallet
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. CourtPass never stores your full card number. You can also pay with credit in your CourtPass wallet.
Which currency will I pay in?
Each club charges in its local currency (US dollars, British pounds or euros). You'll always see the price in that currency before you pay.
What is the CourtPass wallet?
Your wallet holds credit from refunds and gift cards. It's used automatically at checkout and can pay for bookings at any club on CourtPass.
Gift cards
How do gift cards work?
A gift card comes with a code like CP-XXXX-XXXX. Redeeming it adds the full amount to your CourtPass wallet, which you can spend at any club.
Do gift cards expire?
No. A gift card code can be redeemed once, and the credit stays in your wallet.
Memberships & passes
How do memberships renew?
Memberships run for the period you chose and can renew automatically. You can turn off auto-renew in your account at any time; the membership then stays active until the end of the period.
How do guest passes and lesson packs work?
Passes and lesson packs are counted by use rather than by date. Some clubs set a validity period for lesson packs — you'll see it before you buy.
Your account
How do I sign in?
Enter your email and we'll send you a one-time code — no password needed. You can also set a password in your account if you prefer.
Can I use the same email for my club and my player account?
Yes. Each site signs you in separately, so signing in to the club dashboard doesn't sign you in on courtpass.com.
How do I change the language?
Use the language picker in the menu or footer. CourtPass is available in English, Spanish, French and German.
For clubs
How do I list my club?
Create your club on clubs.courtpass.com, or claim your existing listing. We verify every club before its page goes live.
How do clubs get paid?
Payouts go to the club's own Stripe account. The Club Terms explain fees and payout timing.
Where do club operators get support?
From the Support section of the club dashboard, or through our contact form.
