What we collect

• Account data (name, email, phone) when you register or check out.
• Booking and order details needed to fulfill purchases.
• Technical data such as IP address, device, and browser (including via analytics if you consent).
• Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use data

• Provide and improve booking, club, and account features.
• Send transactional email (confirmations, password resets).
• Measure product usage with Google Analytics when you allow analytics cookies.
• Comply with law and protect against fraud or abuse.

If you text our support number, +1 (727) 308-5656, we use your mobile number and messages only to answer your request and keep a record of the conversation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers (such as our SMS provider, Twilio) that deliver messages on our behalf.
