CourtPass (“we”, “us”) operates the CourtPass websites and apps that help players book courts and help clubs manage bookings. Contact details for privacy requests should be confirmed by your legal team before publishing.

What we collect

  • Account data (name, email, phone) when you register or check out.
  • Booking and order details needed to fulfill purchases.
  • Technical data such as IP address, device, and browser (including via analytics if you consent).
  • Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use data

  • Provide and improve booking, club, and account features.
  • Send transactional email (confirmations, password resets).
  • Measure product usage with Google Analytics when you allow analytics cookies.
  • Comply with law and protect against fraud or abuse.
