What are cookies?

Cookies and similar technologies (local storage) help websites remember preferences and understand usage. Some are required for the product to work; others are optional and only used if you agree.

Categories we use

  • Necessary — authentication session, security, cart/checkout state, and remembering your cookie choice. Always on.
  • Analytics — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 measure page views and conversion funnels. Loaded only after you accept analytics.
  • Marketing — reserved for future advertising tags. Off by default; no marketing tags ship today.

How we store your choice

Your preference is saved in browser local storage under the key courtpass_cookie_consent. If we change cookie categories, we bump a version number and ask again.

How to manage cookies

  • Use the first-visit banner: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customize.
  • Open Cookie settings from the site footer anytime.
  • You can also clear site data in your browser settings.

Google Consent Mode

Before optional tags run, we set Google Consent Mode defaults to denied for analytics and ads storage. When you grant analytics, we update consent and then load Google Tag Manager.
