Trust & safety

Safe to book.Honest to review.

Here's how we keep CourtPass trustworthy for players and clubs — and what you can do if something doesn't look right.

Checked by a person

Verified clubs

Clubs are reviewed by our team before their page goes live. Owners who claim a listing confirm it with a code sent to the club's own email domain.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified provider. CourtPass never sees or stores your full card number.

Reviews come from players invited after a visit. We never hide negative reviews or only ask happy players.

Wrong information, an inappropriate photo or a suspicious listing? Use "Report a listing issue" at the bottom of any club page, or contact us.
